Privacy is a basic right in our society.  Idant is committed to maintaining and safeguarding this right.  We will not disclosed any confidential information about the donor to anyone unless required to do so by law.

To maintain anonymity, donors are assigned a code and are only identified by this donor code to anyone outside of the semen bank.  Records of your semen deposits, testing, and questionnaire are kept in a designated and secured location, which may only be accessed by senior personnel of the semen bank. 

Likewise, we are obligated to maintain the anonymity and privacy of recipient and all children resulting from anonymous donor insemination. The identity of the recipient and/or the children resulting from anonymous donor insemination is never disclosed to the donor.  We will, however, attempt to provide a channel through which the two parties can communicate, should we receive mutual consent from the donor and the child (or the recipient ) in the future.
