 Short Profiles The short profile is a two-page summary of the donor's questionnaire. Short profiles are available on this web-site. You may download as many as you want, any time of the day, absolutely FREE! To download short profiles, click HERE.
Long Profiles The long profile is a copy of the donor's questionnaire which contains their detailed three-generation medical and genetic history. The family members described in the long profile generally include the donor's parents, siblings, grandparents, aunts, uncles and cousins. In addition to medical and genetic information, the donor profiles include biographical information, such as the donor's physical characteristics, schooling, SAT scores, talents/skill, hobbies, as well as a personal essay.* The long profile is provided in the donor's own handwriting. The long profile is available for $8.00 per donor. We strongly recommend that prospective clients review the donor's profiles before selecting a donor. To view a sample long profile, click HERE.
